AppX provides reporting tools to help you create reports, organize view, and analyze your data. For example, the top sell products report for a sales team and the pending issues/status report for a customer service team.
You can create the report in multiple formats as well as customize report by using filter, group and sort actions. The following types of reports can be created.
Tabular | A Tabular Report displays data in a simple row-and-column format, similar to a spreadsheet. It is ideal for lists, logs, or any detailed record-level information that needs to be viewed or exported without grouping. |
Summary | A Summary Report groups records by one or more fields and provides totals, subtotals, counts, or other aggregated results. Use this type when you want insights such as total revenue by region or number of leads by status. |
Matrix | A Matrix Report arranges data in both row and column groupings, allowing you to compare values across two dimensions. This type is useful for cross-tab comparisons such as sales by product category and month. |
Chart | A Chart Report visualizes data in formats such as bar, line, pie, or donut charts. It highlights trends, comparisons, and patterns, helping users quickly interpret metrics and KPIs. |
Gauge | A Gauge Report displays a single value against a target or performance range. It is ideal for tracking progress toward goals, such as completion rate, quota achievement, or KPI thresholds. |
