After login, you will be directed to the Home screen of AppX. In general, the Home screen and other pages consist of several key components such as menus and tabs. Let’s break these down to help you understand each part clearly.

Appspace

The Appspace displays all the apps available to you. The apps you see depend on the roles and permissions assigned by your administrator. To expand or collapse the Appspace sidebar, simply click the AppX logo.

Workspace

A Workspace is a collection of related apps grouped for easier navigation. For example, the Sales workspace includes the Customer and Contact apps. To open the app selector, click the workspace icon .

Favorites & Recent

The Favorites & Recent panel gives you quick access to the items you use most often. Click the sidebar icon to expand the menu. You can perform the following actions:

• Recently Viewed  Records: View the last 10 items you opened.
• Favorite Records: Access up to 10 of your saved favorite records.
• Favorite Views: Access up to 10 of your saved favorite views.

Notifications

All activity notifications in AppX appear here. Click the  icon to view your notification messages.

Setting

On the Settings screen, you can update your personal profile information and change your password. If you are an administrator, you can also configure your AppX application. Click the  icon to open Settings.

Profile

Click the  icon to open your profile and access the Logout option.
